Also, he doesn't really steal stuff, he just gathers it into one site. It's a lot easier to find this cool stuff becuase of his site.

That flash was funny, I just don't agree with what he says.

They add what people send to them, alot of flash games/movies go around different sites. If the material isn't copyrighted they can do what they want with it.

Everything is copyrighted, but the owner may explicitly declare the work to be in the public domain. (I haven't heard of that happening often.) What eBaum has done (at least in the past - I don't know if they still do it) is actually pretend the work is theirs by

a) Not crediting the authors;
b) Sticking their watermark on it;
c) In extreme cases sticking their watermark over the original one, which is completely inexcusable.

I dislike eBaum's World, not just because of their behaviour, but for the fact that the site is absolutely putrid. I love the Flash about them though: I have the song on my comptuter!
