My favorite is Prowlies at the River, but I believe they are ALL great.

I didn't think it was possable to be that good at flash...

Yeah, I've seen a few of them: Taken and the Hitchhiker ones - awesome stuff.

My favourite lone Flash artist is David Firth (http://www.fat-pie.com), but my favourite site overall is Weebl's (http://www.weebls-stuff.com) 'cos they have the On the Moon series. The animation on the Toast King's face is second to none.
