That happened to me two days ago, but it was fixed the very next time I shut down the game and restarted it. I have faith you will have a similar fix.

Actually, I logged in and out about...7 times last night, and nothing happened 
...and than while my dog was asleep, I tried again and it magically worked 
I guess my /bug helped
