what do you guys think of the recent boom and bust with home prices? how bad has it affected your guys area? Ive seen some crappy homes
in crappy neighborhoods spike up two times in value about a year or so ago... |

Ahhhh something I have personal experience with. My wife and I unfortunately must have dyslexia as we "Buy High, Sell Low". Some older TGS members remembering me purchasing a house awhile back, well our old house is just now under contract! Yup on the market for months. Had to drop the price from 219,000 to 189,000. Still made a heck of a profit, but paying two mortgages was tough. Prices have been steadily dropping here in Florida. It's definitely a buyers market. SO for those interested in moving within 5 miles of St. Pete Beach, now's your opportunity.
