Hey everyone,

I think all of you figured by now that i have cancelled my MxO account. I was willing to keep it active and only play once in a while but since i'm going to Japan next year to finish my degree i need to cut down on all non essential costs. Its alot of planning, i need to buy a laptop computer that can replace a desktop and a bunch of other stuff not to mention concentrate on my studies to get better scores and have a bigger scolarship. I checked everywhere to find MxO game cards so that i could at least play some times but everywhere i go they dont even know that MxO exists. I checked like every Ebay stores around Montreal and couldnt find any.

I didnt want to leave without at least saying goodbye to everyone, its been a cool ride with you guys. After i left Binary Flux things we not really looking good and joining TGS made things interresting again.

that said i might come back once i feel comfortable with my budget. I'll be alone in a foreign country and i dont really know how it will cost me there for food and all. Once i get used to being there i'll probably be back but its going to take a while.

So lets keep in touch!

Marc-André Beaulieu.

Leaving the game was not something i was really looking forward to. even tough i had problems with the game i still had tons of fun the few times a was logging on. The laptop i'm building up may well cost me around 70$ CDN each month and i just cant afford to pay another monthly fee, so i tried looking into getting game cards to be able to play once in a while when i can afford it but i just cant find any.

(btw: Some dude here in Montreal just got into a college campus wednessday and shot like 20 peoples, he only killed 1 but there is still 3 in the hospital that are in crittical conditions, he was dressed in a matrixy fashion and was belived to be a MxO player at one point, he had a list of his favorite shooter games on his website but it was put down because of the police investigation so i guess we will never know forsure. Weird shit. who knows we might know him......)

Good luck in where life takes ya Kimonagi ^_^

(That shooting was in the papers over here in Calgary, it was some dude in a trench coat with a mohawk. Apparently one of his favorite games was a 'columbine shooter rpg' :S )

Thanks,

Well that event is taking ridiculous proportions here in the medias, i just assumed he might at some point have played mxO because there is tons of reference to the Matrix on his website and they mentioned it in the media. They even showed pictures of him in Neo poses with his rifle just like those guys in "The pose your RL pics" on DN1. everyday we get a two hours special on the crazed gunman... I saw a bunch of pics of him and he doesnt really have a mohawk, just a retarded hairstyle with a trench and shades lol.

Well, you're leaving with good reason, of course.
I do hope you'll stick around on the forums and msn, though!

Also: Algorithm may need another medic to take over for a while, but your spot will be available whenever you return. I suggest putting you in the operator-chair, since we don't have a name for our operator to begin with. Razz We won't just forget your name and everything, y'know. You'll be back. Very Happy
