this is kinda a stupid excuse for being absent, bu there are two reasons.
1. My cpu has blown up and taken out my RAM, Graphics card and itself so i gotta replace them.
2. I have pissed off my parents and this has led to all my accounts being frozen so i can't replace parts.
i dunno how long this will occur for, but i won't be on for sometime.
before anyone says anything, i had to resort to a twntey minute walk to my local library to post this coz my friends aren't in.
thx _________________

The first one is a perfectly fine (though unpleasant) reason. One of my greatest fears is my computer blowing up.
The second reason... Well, why are your parents in charge of your bank accounts? _________________

Yeah, why are your parents in charge of you bank accounts. I've had a personal cash-card account set up since I was 14, and a saving account before that. _________________ New ST site :: New ST Forums

*Shudders.* Let's hope it's over by the time I get my new computer. The last thing I need is for something to go wrong with £500 of brand new equipment. _________________

I was gonna get a watercooling solution. The Zalman Reserator, best in passive cooling on the planet. But then I thought about having to ship all that extra crap up and down the country every holiday. *Sigh.* _________________

eventually you get used to problems with overclocking, i'm in my 5th or 6th cpu now... you just have to get it right and know the limits that you can push it. _________________

Yay for me...
I'm also having computer trouble. But not the sort you're all having.
Bought myself a new computer. Company missed 4 delivery dates. Eventually (after endless phonecalls and personally chasing the courier) the computer arrives. Yay! Only one problem... no screen, no keyboard, no mouse etc...
So I decide to use my old screen etc. only to discover that they haven't hooked the bits up correctly, so the computer doesn't recognise half the hardware that is there.
Sent many sarcastic emails and am going to have to send the box back.
Why meeee???!??!? *sobs*

Okay Jedi, lets begin a science lesson!
When a liquid such as water, is heated from a source of heat, such as your computer, the liquid evaporates! Thus the water is gone! Huzzah! _________________ My website |

but its a closed system theres nowhere for the evaporated water to go, it should condense back into the tank...or theres a hole somewhere and its leaking water which would be bad |
