Hey all!
With all the changes, transitions and what not, it's time to refresh our logo as well.
The simple GS in the Elektroharmonix-font doesn't live up to this faction I think.
So, this thread is for everyone that has ideas and/or designs for a new logo for the Glitch Society.
Don't hesitate to post your designs and/or share your thoughts now, every effort is appreciated!

Here's a blown up version of my idea:
When I get my subdomian back I will put it up there and then you can all access it whther it gets picked or not.

Bare in mind the theme for the site ('cos it ain't changing for ages  ). You don't have to design the logo for the current site, but just make sure it doesn't conflict in any way.
Also, try to keep a copy of the original shape of the logo - the template, if you like. Then it can be adapted to any site designs, sigs, posters, etc.
(I started typing this before I saw Gook's post, incidentally.  )

its a photoshop design on one layer so what you see is what you get to play with!

Cute.  But I'm pretty sure we're after a symbol, like the current 'GS' and what Gookin was going for. I logo for the faction itself rather than the Web site specifically.

I was thinking of incorporating both mine and tax's ideas to create a logo like a sentinels eye with the pic inside but with TGS written across it also, ill make it and post it to see what you guys think.

The only thing so far that could be used in a variety of things (site, sigs, posters) is Gookin's first example.
I'm not saying there's anything wrong with the others, but that's not the sort of thing we're looking for.

Keep the creative juices flowing, kiddo. What I meant was that your first example is the only image 'general' enough to be applied to a number of things.
Basically, what we (or me, at any rate) are after is a... shape. A symbol.
